Machine Information:

Fiber laser cutting machine uses high-energy pulse laser to cut objects. The discharge of xenon lamp by laser power source causes a certain frequency and pulse width to be radiated on the workpiece to make local melting and vaporization to achieve cutting. The equipment is equipped with high-precision CNC worktable controlled by PC. during cutting, high-precision cutting and drilling are carried out through laser frequency, pulse width, worktable speed and moving direction.
Using fiber laser cutting machine for micropore cutting is a more advanced processing method at present. Laser cutting is efficient, with good cutting quality and smooth and neat cutting surface. Only computer graphics need to be cut in the computer program. A beam of light flashes, and the graphics will be cut in a blink of an eye. According to preliminary calculation, using laser cutting machine instead of traditional cutting equipment and non-contact processing, the yield is as high as 99%, the time for cutting a workpiece is shortened from 0.37 seconds to 0.22 seconds, and the processing efficiency is more than doubled.
